    Bess Alice King (O’Grady) is a uniquely talented performer who struggles to fulfill her dreams while handling rejection, dating drama, and family issues.

    Sara Bareilles, Jessie Nelson, J.J. Abrams, and Ben Stephenson serve as executive producers on the series. Bareilles also provides original music for the show while Nelson wrote and directed the first episode.
